RJL Consultancy is headed up by Rachel Livermore and has been providing support and advice to a wide range of organisations since 2001. 

Rachel is a CIPFA qualified accountant and also has a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering - perhaps not a traditional qualification for an accountant! 

The key role of RJL Consultancy is to assist an organisation to achieve its objectives within the resources available to it whilst maintaining its ethical values.

Rachel's personal passion is to encourage organisations to develop and treat financial, budgetary and business planning, data analysis and management as a unified activity and a vital enabler in achieving objectives. There is a vast amount of data available within business today which is underused in identifying options and she enjoys drawing out, modelling and analysing the information which enables a business to reach its objectives in the most appropriate manner.

RJL Consultancy has provided services to organisations of all sizes, new and established, within commercial, not for profit, and public sectors and across the public-private boundary, integrating and meeting the often conflicting needs of a range of stakeholders. This has been within a wide variety of sectors, including IT, education, creative arts, social services - with a particular focus on care homes, schools services, personal and corporate finance.
